Lake side Cottages: Each of our elegantly designed 14 cottages (8 A/C & 6 Non A/C), faces the lake, and are furnished with terracotta flooring and teak furniture. Direct dial telephones provide easy access with the rest of the world (even when you are in the bathroom with a thoughtful parallel connection right there!). If a mini refrigerator, Cable TV and direct Internet access (for laptop computers) aren't enough, think of a fully equipped kitchenette in your room, just in case you felt being on your own.

Coffee Shop : A coffee place for a quick snack,  hot and cold drinks and ice creams, even in the wee hours of the dawn. (OPEN 7 AM - 2 AM)

Restaurant :A one-of-the kind restaurant serving Keralite, South Indian and North Indian vegetarian dishes amidst tastefully designed interiors and air-conditioned comfort. (OPEN 12PM - 3PM & 7PM - 11PM)

Rao's Business Centre : For business men, this is the right venue for a power meeting or to work in peace. This state-of-the art business centre with all modern facilities has A/C cabins, Computer workstations and a Board room with secretarial facilities available on request. And in case you desire to stretch your legs in between a meeting, we have a lawn right outside.

Board Room : An air-conditioned hall for conducting company general body meetings, seminars, conferences etc with a capacity of 20 people.

Nandhanam-The Meeting Palace : A spacious and airy auditorium built in the traditional style to hold conventions, conferences, receptions and get-togethers. The sprawling compound provides ample parking space, while the location within the hotel premises provides catering and resting facilities.
